AirSciences International, Inc. is working actively with a major mushroom producer to eliminate the adverse financial impacts of a common mushroom disease caused by the fungus verticillium fungicola. Verticillium fungicola, also known as Dry Bubble Disease, is not hazardous to human beings, but ruins the appearance of part of the mushroom crop, adversely affecting marketability, and costing mushroom producers millions of dollars each year. Previous tests showing strong fungal adsorption (see HVAC) have led AirSciences to detailed research efforts in eliminating fungal and bacterial diseases for agricultural crops.
AirSciences has already established that mold spores are adsorbed by its Filtirite™ Air Filters. This makes our filters ideal for eliminating mold infestation of basements or wet refrigerators. Does your home, hospital or other facility have a moldy basement? Contact us! We can eliminate both the musty smell and the mold spores themselves!
If your organization has a problem with proliferation of a fungal or bacterial disease, please contact us. We are willing to take on a limited number of research projects to demonstrate the effectiveness of the AirSciences Filtirite™ Passive Air Filters.
